CENTURY 21 Upchurch Real Estate has been in business in Quinlan, Texas since 1992, however, Earnest and Gena Upchurch have been in the real estate business in the Quinlan/Lake Tawakoni area since 1980.   Earnest Upchurch is the business manager and Gena Upchurch is the broker.  They have opened the Royse City office in February of 2005 to better serve their East Texas customers.

CENTURY 21 Upchurch Real Estate is most proud of the GOLD MEDALLION® award they received in at the 2002 end of year rally and in 1999 for most units sold in the  East Texas Brokers Council.
